Shan brings a breadth of operating experience across multiple industries, including technology, SaaS, healthcare, e-commerce, and digital health. That versatility is core to his strength as an operator: connecting ideas across disciplines, challenging conventional thinking, and bringing fresh approaches to complex problems. He has led venture-backed companies through rapid growth and funding rounds and guided organizations through acquisitions and transitions into publicly owned companies.

Outside of work, Shan loves helping his young “kid-preneurs” turn imagination into real-world products, building confidence and entrepreneurial skills along the way. He also enjoys exploring global cuisines, playing soccer, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
