Prior to her current position supporting Laughlin Legal’s new and existing clients, Lynne was a litigation paralegal and paralegal trainer for 10 years at a San Francisco law firm before joining E*TRADE in 1999 as the first member of the young company’s legal department. After spending 25 years at E*TRADE managing litigation, including 4 years following E*TRADE’s acquisition by Morgan Stanley, she joined Laughlin Legal in 2024.

Lynne and her husband have a son in high school. She is a devoted band mom, and enjoys sewing, learning new textile crafts, and has begun to learn to tap dance.
