Jay Chang is an Associate Attorney at Laughlin Legal. Jay brings a diverse background in business and finance that complements his practice in family law, particularly in high-net-worth cases involving complex financial and asset division issues. Prior to becoming an attorney, Jay worked in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and financial analysis at organizations including Raytheon, Booz Allen Hamilton, Genentech, and Cisco Systems.
Jay earned his J.D. from Northwestern California University School of Law and also holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. He is known for his analytical approach to complex financial matters.
Jay lives in Palo Alto with his wife and three children. Outside of work, he enjoys swimming, hiking, cycling, tennis, and snowboarding.
