Andrea Bella Davis

Andrea is dedicated to safeguarding her clients’ well-being throughout the dissolution process. Whether advocating for survivors of domestic abuse or navigating complex divorces, she is committed to protecting her clients’ rights. Andrea consistently prioritizes the best interests of all children involved.

Andrea’s academic background showcases her interest in effective advocacy and Family Law. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric with a Concentration in Public Discourse from the University of California, Berkeley. She earned her Juris Doctorate, specializing in Family and Matrimonial Law, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in New York City. Her legal education included a year as a visiting student at the University of San Francisco School of Law.

Having lived in Berkeley, Los Angeles, Madrid, Manila and New York City, Andrea brings a diverse perspective to her practice. She is fluent in Tagalog. Beyond her legal pursuits, Andrea enjoys swimming, exploring the vibrant Bay Area food scene and creating memories with her family. Her active involvement in Bay Area school communities reflects her commitment to the welfare of children and families.
