Stephanie is an accomplished Office Administrator with years of experience in the legal field. During her career, Stephanie has made significant contributions to enhancing the efficiency, organization, and overall success of Bay Area law firms.
 
With a bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University in Criminal Justice and a minor in International Relations, Stephanie sought to fuse her passion for law and social justice with the operational aspects of law firm management. In 2019, Stephanie obtained her Human Resources Management Certificate. Having started her career at a small firm, Stephanie gained a solid foundation in management principles and organizational dynamics, setting the stage for her future success.
 
Stephanie’s exceptional leadership skills and ability to streamline operational processes quickly led her to rise through the ranks, taking on various roles that greatly contributed to law firm growth and success. Stephanie’s past roles include Office Manager, Supervisor/Operations Manager, and HR, where she demonstrated strong business acumen and an unwavering commitment to the highest standards of professionalism.
 
Today, Stephanie serves as a Professional Law Firm Administrator, where she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Laughlin Legal, PC. Her role involves collaborating closely with partners, associates, and support staff to ensure the highest level of service for our clients, as well as implementing strategies that help the firm meet its goals and objectives. In her current role, Stephanie strives to streamline processes and implement innovative technologies to improve productivity and client service. She takes a proactive approach to problem-solving and continually seeks out opportunities to optimize operations and reduce costs.
